Sector experience

Industries We Serve

Why sector matters

The mode is the easy part. The paperwork is where sectors differ.

Two shipments of identical weight and volume to the same destination can need completely different handling — because one is a pharmaceutical consignment and the other is a carton of garment samples.

Sector experience is knowing which permit a customs officer will ask for before they ask, which packing standard a buyer will reject on arrival, and which deadline is genuinely immovable. Below is where ours sits.

Nine sectors

Cargo we move every week

Ready-Made Garments (RMG)

Bangladesh's largest export sector and the bulk of our volume. Buyer-nominated and free-hand shipments, air and sea, moving to tight buyer deadlines.

Typically needs

EXP forms, certificates of origin, buyer-nominated routing, cut-off discipline

Textile & Apparel

Fabric, yarn, trims and accessories moving inbound to mills, and finished textile products moving out. Bonded warehouse movements handled routinely.

Typically needs

Bonded movements, duty drawback, back-to-back LC documentation

Pharmaceuticals

Temperature-sensitive consignments and regulated products, with the permits pursued alongside the booking rather than after it.

Typically needs

DGDA permits, temperature-controlled uplift, cold chain integrity

Electronics

High-value, fragile and often battery-bearing goods. Correct dangerous goods declaration is what keeps these shipments from being held at screening.

Typically needs

Lithium battery declarations, high-value insurance, anti-static packing

Automotive Parts

Spare parts and components where a delayed shipment stops a production line. This is where hand carry and priority air freight earn their cost.

Typically needs

Line-critical urgency, hand carry option, heavy and oversized handling

Leather & Footwear

Finished leather goods and footwear for European and North American buyers, including seasonal peaks around collection deadlines.

Typically needs

CITES checks where applicable, seasonal capacity planning, origin certification

FMCG

Fast-moving consumer goods in volume, where the freight cost per unit decides whether the shipment is viable at all.

Typically needs

Ocean LCL and FCL economics, shelf-life awareness, volume rate agreements

Corporate Documents

Contracts, originals, tender submissions and legal papers where the deadline is fixed and the document cannot be replaced if lost.

Typically needs

Express or hand carry, chain of custody, signed proof of delivery

Personal Parcels

Gifts, personal effects and family shipments sent by individuals rather than companies. Same handling standard, simpler paperwork.

Typically needs

Personal effects declaration, restricted item guidance, door delivery

Our approach

We ask the sector questions before we quote.

A rate given without knowing the commodity is a guess. Before we quote we establish what the goods are, what they are classified as, and what the destination will demand on arrival.

See our services

Correct classification

The HS code decides the duty, the permits and often the routing. We classify before booking, not after.

Regulatory permits

DGDA, BSTI, Department of Explosives, plant quarantine — pursued alongside the booking, not after a hold.

Sector-appropriate packing

Anti-static for electronics, ISPM-15 wood for machinery, insulated packing for temperature-sensitive goods.

Deadline realism

If your buyer's date is not achievable on the routing you asked for, we say so before you book.

Shipping something else?

These nine cover most of what leaves Bangladesh, but not all of it. Tell us the commodity, the destination and the deadline, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right forwarder for it.

Ready when you are

Tell us what you're shipping. We'll quote it today.

Send the weight, dimensions and destination — you'll get a rate, a transit time and a named person handling the file.
